Santa Rosa
The Santa Rosa site is the Cofan nation on the Colombia side of the Ecuadorian border. This site has approximately 50 families and offers a fabulous cultural experience with local elders, traditional activities and language, hand made artisan crafts, and traditional ceremony.
The Cofan are a proud and strong nation that has preserved their cultural heritage and intact jungle despite intense surrounding economic pressure. We’re very happy to be partnered with them and their youth which are climate activists par excellence.
